Creating an Appointment
Book appointments when customers want to schedule a service in advance.
Go to Appointments
From the main menu, tap Appointments to see your calendar.
Tap Add Appointment
Tap the + button to create a new appointment.
Enter Details
Required
- Client — Select or add new client
- Service — What service they're booking
- Date & Time — When the appointment is
Optional
- Duration — How long the service takes
- Notes — Special requests or details
- Reminder — Set reminder before appointment
Save
Tap Save. The appointment appears on your calendar.

Color Coding
Appointment Status
Track where each appointment stands in its lifecycle.
Scheduled
Appointment is booked and waiting. Client expected at scheduled time.
Completed
Service was provided. Ready to convert to a job record.
No-Show
Client didn't arrive. Tracked for future reference.
Cancelled
Appointment was cancelled by client or business.
Converting to Job
When an appointment is completed, convert it to a job to record the income.
Open the Appointment
Tap the appointment from your calendar or list.
Mark as Complete
Tap Complete & Record Job.
Confirm Details
Verify the service, amount, and payment status. Adjust if needed.
Save
The job is recorded and counts toward your income.
Recurring Schedules
Set up repeating appointments for regular clients who come on a fixed schedule.
Examples

Setting Up a Recurring Schedule
- Go to Settings → Recurring Schedule
- Tap Add Pattern
- Select the client
- Choose the service
- Set the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Choose the days and time
- Save
Managing Patterns
View, edit, or pause recurring patterns as needed.
Actions
- Edit — Change days, times, or service
- Pause — Temporarily stop generating new appointments
- Delete — Remove the pattern entirely
Reminders
Get notified before appointments so you're always prepared.
Reminder Options
- 15 minutes before
- 30 minutes before
- 1 hour before
- 1 day before
Enable reminders in Settings → Notifications.
Works Offline
Manage appointments even without internet. Changes sync when you reconnect.
- Create new appointments — saved locally
- Update existing appointments — changes saved
- View calendar — all data available
- Complete appointments — records locally
Best Practices
Confirm Appointments
Call or message clients the day before to confirm. Reduces no-shows.
Buffer Time
Leave gaps between appointments for unexpected delays or longer services.
Track No-Shows
Mark no-shows to identify unreliable clients. Consider requiring deposits.
